POWERSKATE    

 PowerSkate is an action packed, high energy, instructional program geared to hockey and ringette players.  The focus is on developing balance, power, agility, speed and endurance.  All sessions are taught by a Certified Skate Canada Coach. PowerSkate is the only nationally regulated powerskating program in Canada.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    THIS IS NOT A LEARN-TO-SKATE PROGRAM. Participant must know how to skate forward, backward and stop or enrolled in a previous Powerskate class or have 2 years hockey experience not including the 4yo program. Must wear full hockey gear and a CSA approved helmet and cage.
